As a pedagogical staff member at the Stoerwoud, you see in each child a curious and unique individual. By exploring together, you stimulate that curiosity. Together with your colleagues, you create a safe and trusted environment in which the children can grow and flourish. You give children all the space they need to let their imagination run wild, discover textures, materials and environments, and sometimes get dirty while playing.

What do we ask of you?

• Lots of job satisfaction, energy and creativity; you enjoy getting involved and keep surprising children with new activities.
• Relevant work experience is nice, but a proactive learning attitude and enthusiasm for our profession is worth at least as much.
• An appropriate education at mbo or hbo level.
• Guiding children in their development, both in groups and individually.
• An open and flexible attitude towards children, parents, and colleagues
• You are available for at least 9 hours a week
• You live in Utrecht or its vicinity (max. 30 min travel time)

You must also be able to provide a Certificate of Good Conduct (Verklaring Omtrent het Gedrag, VOG) and have a Dutch language qualification at level 3F.
