Parenting is basically preparing a child for everyday life. In order to guide a child in this as much as possible, we find it important to teach them to have fun, set their own limits, give them self-confidence but also to be able to listen to others and feel compassion for those around them. We offer parents and children a familiar and safe environment.
The pedagogical staff guide the children in their play when necessary, but mainly let the children play by themselves. We offer as diverse play material as possible, so that children can make their own choices. We put the game first and not its results. If necessary, we limit behaviour, for example when play becomes too busy or arguments arise. We try to approach the child as positively as possible.
