When you apply for a child place at one of our childcare locations through the registration form on our website, we ask you for personal data. We use the data you provide, for example, to:

• Enter into a placement contract with you.
• Send you invoices and carry out direct debits.
• Provide your child with the best possible care.
• Meet our obligations imposed on us by law.
• Analyse, maintain, secure and optimise our website.

If you enter into a working relationship with us, we will handle your data with care. Employee data will only be processed for authorised and/or legally required purposes of processing, such as:

• Entering into an employment contract.
• Salary payment.
• Training.
• Company medical counselling.
• The implementation or application of laws.
